The 2024 Olympics dazzled our hearts and minds with the highest levels of physical and mental performance from around the world. The strongest, fastest, and smartest athletes came together in Paris to show the world why they deserved to be recognized as #1 in the world. Years of training prepared them to compete in the games that came down to inches and milliseconds. Needless to say, the margins for error were almost nonexistent. To rise to this occassion after years of preparation, it took support from family, friends, fans, and coaches who believed in them every step of the way. 

In routine fashion, we watch the best and brightest perform on the highest levels known to man. Unfortunately, when presented as entertainment, the true measure of work and commitment goes almost unnoticed. Each athlete trains for years, while missing some of the most important events in their life, to compete on the world stage. Can you imagine training years at a time to compete for a few seconds? Could you commit?

At the end of the day, it takes an experienced coach to channel the potentiel and focus of an athlete of years of time. It takes the reassurance of a coaches trust to handle the big stage, the lights, and doubt lurking in every corner. Athletes and coaches know this. For this reason, high performing athletes and coaches tend to go down in history when they can align for a common goal and purpose. True greatness can only arise from this type of next level performance.
